My massage therapist has been working on my back strain and my shoulder pain, both are pregnancy related. Back strain we all know where that comes from, however the shoulder pain has been from taking a back sleeper and forcing her to sleep on her sides with 20 bounds of extra weight. Anyway, two-ish...
