Is integrating an Xbox 360 into an existing computer monitor/speakers setup worth it? Or should I simply get a TV? I want to get an Xbox 360. If you thought Gigabyte's M912 mini convertible tablet was hot stuff, get a load of this. Expected to be officially unveiled at CeBIT, the company just couldn't resist bringing along a M1028 demo unit to MWC in order to mix things up. Reportedly, the swivel-screen netbook was equipped with a compara...

Yesterday FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein toured Los Angeles to speak to community leaders about the delay in the digital television transition, originally scheduled for next Tuesday, February 17, but rescheduled for a once-and-for-all-we-really-mean-it-this-time cutoff of June 12. I covered the...

In response to yesterday's NY Times blog about the creepysick fantasizing of Obama's Number One Fans
A reader sends along this equally creepysick piece from 2001 in which Righties go all orgasmic over... Donald Rumsfeld. One of the odder markers of a culture in decay (or, at any rate, an apostate Puritan culture in decay) is its weird inability to keep from sexualizing things that, ick, should *not...

The most amazing part of this story, to me, is not that some board of officious idiots punished the foster mum for her Muslim ward's conversion to Christianity. The most amazing part is: 'I did initially try to discourage her. I offered her alternatives. 'I offered to find places for her to practise...
