We're having a hard time figuring out how Vonage can justify pulling their "Visual Voicemail" scam on customers without even offering the option of a refund, but that's exactly what they're doing to Daniel. They quietly turned on the feature over a year ago. You'd think in a year of logging onto the...

Not surprising really, is it? They aren't going to give you something for free anymore now that they are trying to sell the Vonage Pro crap! They are hoping they can get $10 a month for it now. I hope it backfires too. Although I didn't use it much, the VT was a nice included free feature. They are ...

Yes you can, as I have a Cincinnati Bell Line for Business and a Vonage line for home. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING when using your house wiring is MAKE SURE the wires that are connected to your Vonage ATA (the Vonage Deivce) are TOTALLY disconnected from any incoming phone wires (from the phone company...

VonTechMgr, Thanks so much for your very thorough reply and I will certainly do try some of your suggestions. I have a few comments though: 1. There was a firmware roll out exactly around the dates my "hiccups" started and although your comment that many users should have experienced diffi...

Over in the Hard wiring section of the forum, there has been discussion on home wiring. Typically, your Vonage adapters should not have difficulty pushing to all the extensions in the house. I agree with mundy5 that this is more likely a short. Not being able to push enough through would result in a...

that's usually an indication that you have a short somewhere. check your phone jacks by unscrewing them and visually check that the wires are properly connected to the terminal screws....

What I believe to be the problem here is that this is old store inventory that has an rebate that has long since expired. However, Vonage will make good on this even if the gift card is no longer a possibility. On a side note, your still waiting on your AT&T port to complete and I know on a ...

We don't know what the hell happened with this customer service situation, but somehow the CSR for Vonage decided that when Sarah abruptly hung up on him, she agreed by default to a service cancellation and $92 cancellation fee. That sounds like the kind of angry-CSR "mistake" that can be fixed with...

There are basically two options and they are probably diagramed with your Vonage information package. Either cable modem - Vonage adapter - netgear wireless or cable modem - netgear wireless - vonage adapter You haven't indicated which type of devices any of these are so it really is hard to have an...
