I have tried multiple tools to "Get Things Done" (wiki). n teh end I just use mindmapping, since it is form me the most logical way to order items. I started out with MindNode, lots of eyecandey yet low on useful features. Then I went back to the Open Source FreeMind that I have been using for years...
