Nach den Maccaroni wollte ich unbedingt mal Orecchiette selbst machen. Man braucht dazu keine Küchenmaschine aber ziemlich viel Geduld bis man als Anfänger den Trick des Formens raus hat. Ich habe nur wenig Teig gemacht und von Anfang bis Ende für ein Blech Orecchiette eine gute Stunde gebraucht....
