Gosh, I've been busy. We've had lots of exciting stuff going on, which I'll get to soon. In the mean time, I'm at the Interactive Local Media Conference in Reston, VA. The Kelsey Group has put together what looks to be an amazing set of speakers and topics on the local search market. I'm on a panel tomorrow called "Capturing Local Content: Adding Structure to Search." I'm going to do my best to wave the flag of structured microcontent (or whatever its called these days), and how that relates to Blogdigger Local. Should be interesting. I also met Brian Dear of Eventful, whose blog I've read for a while. Pete, why aren't you here?
There's no wifi, I managed to connect through the Panera access point across the street. Where there's a will, there's a wifi.
Many thanks to Greg Sterling, the guru of local search, for putting this conference together, and inviting me to be on the panel.
